In 2013 — the first year of service for the heavily anticipated Boeing 787 Dreamliner — at least four aircraft suffered from electrical system problems stemming from the new lithium-ion batteries. FCB was tasked with creating an animation, detailing the aircraft’s beautiful innovations, to pair with the company’s press releases and crisis communications.
