As the first Ventra Cards — Chicago’s electronic fare payment system — began to expire in December 2017, Grisko was tasked with launching an education and awareness campaign to inform riders of upcoming changes. As a vital part of Chicagoans’ daily commute, it was imperative riders knew exactly what steps to take to swap out their card and never miss a ride. We also took the opportunity to update the card’s design.
